EMERGING ARTISTS TO SHINE AT SENTRO FILIPINO THROUGH GRANT PROGRAM
Emerging artists in the San Francisco Bay Area seeking a platform to showcase their talent should look no further! The San Francisco Filipino Cultural Center, doing business as Sentro Filipino, is offering an opportunity through its Sentro Filipino Exhibition Grant for 2025. Here’s the announcement from SentroFilipino.com:
“Sentro Filipino invites all artists and performers to submit an application to participate in our Sentro Filipino Exhibition Grant program.
“Participating artists will be provided with the opportunity to exhibit, perform, or showcase their work in Sentro Filipino. These include opportunities for placement of artwork in our Mission Street Gallery (our lobby exhibit, which captures thousands of viewers daily); larger exhibits, workshops or performances in our main reception or assembly halls; or other fundraising and social events at our facility.
“Once selected, we will work with the artist/performer on marketing and promotions, logistics, and an opening-day event! Applicants will be contacted on a rolling basis throughout 2025.”
