Rosales, known for her dynamic approach to event planning and advocacy, has a track record of success in both corporate and nonprofit spheres. Drawing on her experience with UNDISCOVERED SF Filipino Creative Market and a deep commitment to uplifting underrepresented communities, Rosales founded Make it Mariko to create immersive experiences that showcase the beauty of diversity. With the POC Food & Wine Festival, she extends this mission into the realm of food and beverage, offering a platform for local creatives and entrepreneurs to shine.
The festival’s Main Dish event promises an unparalleled gastronomic journey, featuring over 14 diverse chefs and 21 beverage brands. Attendees will indulge in the “Palate Pass” Experience, curated by culinary luminaries such as Tu David Phu from Top Chef Season 15, Monique Feybesse of Tarts de Feybesse, and Nelson German of Sobre Mesa.
