Deputy Consul General Raquel Solano and Vice Consul Adrian Baccay warmly welcomed newly crowned 2023 Mrs. Universe Meranie Gadiana Rahman to the Philippine Center in San Francisco last November 24.
Gadiana Rahman, who hails from Cagayan de Oro City but now lives in Hawaii, was in San Francisco for a series of engagements.During the call, Deputy Consul General Solano congratulated Gadiana Rahman on her achievement, and expressed support for the beauty queen’s advocacy against postpartum depression and school bullying.
